Dishes with a supplement charge are highlighted on the menu. Mini Bar, In Room Dining, Conservatory, Latitude, and restaurants and bars at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi are not included in half board dine around and will be charged to guest room account upon consumption. Half board dine around is non-transferable and non-refundable and needs to be utilized on a daily basis.

All Inclusive

• MLOS 3 nights is required for All Inclusive package over L/S seasons.

• MLOS 5 nights is required for All Inclusive package over H/P/P1 seasons.

• All Inclusive package is not applicable between December 25, 2024 – January 2, 2025 and December 25, 2025 – January 2, 2026.

• Only one meal plan should be booked for the entire stay of the booking.

• All Inclusive experience includes breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner daily.

• You may choose from the a la carte menu one starter, one main course and one dessert.

• Dishes with a supplement charge are highlighted on the menu.

• Please note that the All Inclusive experience is non-transferable and non refundable and needs to be utilized on daily basis.

Meal Supplements Notes:

Festive Season Conditions

A minimum of 5 consecutive nights stay applies for all arrivals between December 26, 2024 –January 2, 2025 and December 26, 2025 – January 2, 2026 (both dates inclusive) without any exception. Check-out is not allowed on December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2025.

Early Departure Policy

Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.

Should the Company after the cancellation deadline reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the hotel will charge the Company for the full duration of the original reservation. 100% of the booking period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advanced payment, the amount will not be refundable.

Guaranteed Adjoining Rooms

Information needs to be mentioned at the moment of the booking in order to guarantee interconnecting rooms.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is at 15:00 hours and check-out time is at 12:00 hours.

• All guests arriving before 12:00 hours (noon) will be accommodated subject to availability of rooms. Baggage may be stored at Concierge for those arriving early if rooms are not available for early check-in.

• Early check-in can be guaranteed at an additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 10:00 – 15:00 hours 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 10:00 hours.

• Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12:00 – 18:00 hours. 100% charges will apply for departure after 18:00 hours.

Children Policy:

• From 0 to 5.99 years old - Children under the age of 6 years stay free of charge. Only child from 0 - 2.99 considered as an infant.

• From 6 to 11.99 years - Chargeable per room, per night for breakfast, staying on an existing bedding, sharing the room with the parents. Maximum occupancy apply as per sharing policy.

• Extra beds are free of charge and subject to hotel availability, unless guaranteed at additional charge per night. Supplement Code: XBED FIT
